Availibility

• This studio is availible during the academic 2020-2021.
• Settling studio available from september 2020.
• Presence during the summer and/or re-examinations are allowed!

Contract:

• Duration of the contract: 12 months.
• Only for students.
• For 1 student (2 students can be discussed).
• Temporary subletting is not allowed.
• Domicile should not be placed.

Financial

• Basic rent: €445,00 p.m.
• Costs electricity, gas, water, internet, tv distribution: €40 p.m.. At the end of the year there is a settlement of the energy consumption.
• Guarantee: 2 months of rent.
